This is information pertaining to the flow of the contest on the field. During a band’s 2-minute field exit, the next band will move up, and this map will guide you through the process of how and when to enter the field before the performance.

REQUIRED FORMS

All directors must make sure that you have the following forms required for contest.
All marching bands must arrive to contest with an updated UIL Form 1 noting eligibility of each performing member.
​Entries are on Texas Music Forms now, and a form 1 will be populated there. Here is a blank Form 1 just for reference.
All marching bands must arrive to contest with a signed Statement of Compliance signed by the director.
Statement of Compliance should be emailed to [email protected] but it is good practice to have one on hand the day of the contest just in case.
Print and fill out the announcer script for the contest host and the announcer for the marching band.

All bands must have this form on file and signed by each member of their ensemble, acknowledging the UIL 8-hour rule.
These forms are not required to bring to contest. They will stay on file with your school district.

6A AREA F Information

All 6A region bands that qualify from region and advance to the UIL Area F marching contest will need to head on over to the following Area F page to review draw order, observe schedules, get required forms, and more.
On the UIL Region 19 website, the Area F information is located on the right side of the main menu for information pertaining to the contest.

5A AREA E Information

All 5A region bands that qualify from region and advance to the UIL Area E marching contest will need to head on over to the following Area F page to review draw order, observe schedules, get required forms, and more.
On the UIL Region 13 website, hover over to the Area E marching band information to view information pertaining to that contest.
